Chef d’ Angelo is an Italian-American fast-service restaurant who became famous for its huge servings of chicken, pizza, pasta, burgers, salads, rice based meals and waffles.

The first Chef d’ Angelo branch opened at Robinsons Place Manila on December 2001 and it instantly captured the heart and palates of the time-challenged yuppies, busy as bee college students and always on the go moms and dads not only because of its very reasonable pricing and fast service but with the ‘homey’ atmosphere of its interior that makes you feel like you are having your meal right at your own dining room.

After its successful launching at Robinsons Place Manila, eight months after, the owner decided to have another branch at Robinsons Galleria last August 2002. And they continue to bring and serve good food on these Robinsons malls. Two years after, the company is now ready for another expansion, this time at SM Supermalls and Ayala Malls. Chef d’ Angelo SM City Fairview opens its store last July 2004 followed by Chef d’ Angelo Glorietta 2 last September of the same year. Chef d’ Angelo Glorietta 2 branch made a spectacular performance on that area of the mall which converted the area into a high traffic one. This inspired the owner to accept the site being offered by the SM Supermalls and Robinsons Malls for another expansion on their respective place. Chef d’ Angelo opens its 5^th stores and 2^nd to SM Supermalls at SM City San Lazaro as one of its pioneer food tenants at the 3^rd Level of the mall last July 2005. Its 6^th stores and 3^rd for Robinsons Malls opens last September 2005, barely two months after the other, at Robinsons Metro East.

Chef d’ Angelo continue to draw crowds on all its existing six stores and even create great impact on higher level of market in the industry. The unique concept of this American-Italian restaurant became famous with the much younger crowd of the new generations due to its reasonable price considering the big servings of its products. This made the company decided to have another three more stores for the year 2006. Two new stores at SM Supermalls open simultaneously. Chef d’ Angelo at SM Mall of Asia and SM Southmall Las Pinas open last May 2006 which marks as its 7^th & 8^th stores and 3^rd & 4^th branch at SM Supermalls. Five months after, another store in Makati area opens last October 2006 thru the invitation of Ayala Malls’ Greenbelt 1.

Months after, another invitation from the Ayala Malls group arrived resulting for Chef d’ Angelo to try another concept being offered by TriNoma administration. Located at the 2^nd Level of TriNoma and start its operation last May 2007, Chef d’ Angelo accommodates the request of Ayala Malls to try its luck at the Food Choices area which made its owner to do major adjustment on its price and product line-up. This new concept made well in terms of customer acceptance and even considered one of the best in the area.  

SM Supermalls continue to offer its place for Chef d’ Angelo which marks its 5^th & 6^th branch for its mall alone. Chef d’ Angelo’s 11^th stores open at SM City Pampanga last July 2007 back-to-back with its 12^th stores at SM City Sta. Mesa on the same month/year. 

Chef d’ Angelo, an American-Italian restaurant which always brings and serves more than just good food will continue to do its best to satisfy all its valued guests and be the restaurant of choice, now and for generations.
